FED invest is seeking to create a roster of experts and professionals in the field of Micro & Small enterprises.
Experts will work with FED invest through short term consultancy contracts.
Introduction and background information
FED invest is an implementing partner of the project “Building communities of knowledge for competitive MSEs” Skills4MSEs, co-founded by the European Union and National Funds of the participating countries. The project consist on development of an integrated cross-border learning structure for the provision of business development services and other support tools for small and micro enterprises.
In the framework of the project “Building communities of knowledge for competitive MSEs” Skills4MSEs, FED invest is seeking to create a roaster of experts that display the professional capacities and experience for the conduction of a training needs assessment, design and implementation of a wide training curricula which will serve to fulfill main project objectives, in both electronic and physical form.
Background
Saving and Credit Association “FED invest" is a financial institution built upon cooperative principles. Our mission is to provide a wide range of financial & non-financial products and services, particularly to the population living in the rural areas of Albania, with the aim of boosting financial inclusion and poverty alleviation. We operate in a friendly manner by making use of state-of-the-art banking technology.
FED invest is an implementing partner of the project “ Building communities of knowledge for competitive MSEs” Skills4MSEs, co-founded by the European Union and National Funds of the participating countries. The processes will be mainly undertaken by external experts in close supervision and collaboration with FED invest responsible staff. In this framework FED invest is opening this call for applications from experts/consultants that will compete to be part of the FED invest roster of consultancy.
Types of expertise / consultancy needed:
- Need assessment;
- Design of training modules related to the identified needs;
- Delivery of training programs;
- Evaluation and review of the programs;
- Research and Analysis of the provided data & results;
Fields of expertise
- At least 5 (five) years of relevant working experience in training module designs & delivery;
- Micro & small enterprises;
- Social enterprises;
- Migration and Development;
- Youth Development & Employment;
- Advocacy/ Lobbying at local & central level;
- Community Development & Participation;
- Education & Development;
